Was everyday perfect...no, but I know that I’m so much better for so many reasons! I’ve decided to #repost and #reshare my story...with a new pic! These were taken two years...and 80 pounds...apart! Thank you @nutritionwithjudy for this challenge and your continued support and education! You are changing lives! 💙💙 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What does it take? 🤔 Well, there is no simple answer. Because everyone’s story is different. And what works for one may not work for another. You have to first discover your why? Why you need change, why you want change, and why you won’t accept anything but change. Then you can start... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍳🥓 You’ll find yourself eating differently than everyone at the dinner table. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You’ll find yourself waking up ⏰ to get your workout in before the rest of the house wakes up. 🏃♀️🏋️♀️ 🧘♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You’ll learn it’s not so hard to say no thank you...you’ll discover a new inner strength...a determination to find victories...as small as they might be! 💪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You’ll discover that what the scale reveals to you is not the whole story...it’s not even the most important part of your story. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Changing your path from where you were headed...that’s the story! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👊 Victory over anxiety and depression... 👊 Victory over 7 prescription medications... 👊 Victory over insomnia... 👊 Victory over chronic migraines... 👊 Victory over all the years of not paying attention to the food I put in my body and letting it destroy me... 👊 Victory (and self forgiveness) for attempting suicide 5 years ago. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have come a long way! Some might say I have lost an entire person. And I have!
